1. We do not accept single sex bookings over groups of four on any event.

2. The minimum age for participants is 18 years old unless otherwise specified. This is due to the nature of our events which younger people may find distressing and our liability insurance restrictions. Some of the locations require participants are reasonably fit. Some of the locations we visit may also not be suitable for disabled attendees.  Please contact Darren Stanton Associates on 08444 150 152 to discuss further if you have any concerns.

3. Due to restrictions at our locations pregnant woman or anyone suffering from any psychological or psychiatric illness will NOT be permitted from attending certain events.  

4. If any guest arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs or appears to be under the influence and/or is suspected of bringing alcoholic drinks to the event, they will be not be allowed to take park in the event and will be asked to leave the premises immediately without refund. This is to guarantee your safety and to ensure you have an amazing experience.

5. Due to recent changes in the law, smoking is not allowed in any of the venues however there will be arrangements for you to have a cigarette if required during the course of the event. The lighting of candles or other naked flames is strictly forbidden for obviously reasons.

6. There are no sleeping facilities at any of our events unless otherwise stated.

7. Darren Stanton Associates will not be liable for any loss or damage to equipment belonging to the participants, during and after the event, even if caused by paranormal activity.

8. Although every precaution is taken to ensure the event is risk assessed, accidents/incidents do happen, and all members of your team should preferably have their own third party public liability insurance as our insurers have indicated that our public liability policies may not cover your party during your visit to the location since it is outside our normal public access categories. You are staying at the location at your own risk; we accept no liability for any accident or injury to yourselves, however caused except negligence on the part of Darren Stanton Associates crew.

9. By agreeing to these terms and conditions you further indemnify the organisers/promoters from and against all legal liability in respect of any costs, claims, damages, demands, penalties, actions, proceedings, suits, losses or expenses in respect of or arising out of the injury to or the death of any person, or damage to any property arising from my participation in the activity.

10. All luggage, clothing, equipment, vehicles and effects belonging to you or your part are your own responsibility. Darren Stanton Associates are not responsible for the safe keeping of guest property, for its loss, damage or theft.

11. From time to time, events are cancelled or postponed due to adverse weather conditions or situations out of our control. When this occurs, we will make every effort to ensure you receive a prompt refund of payment. If the event is moved or rescheduled, we may set refund limitations. Any expenses including travel incurred due to the cancellation of an event will not be refunded. PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT ISSUE PAPER TICKETS; YOU WILL RECEIVE AN ELECTRONIC E – TICKET ONCE PAYMENT IS RECEIVED.

12. You agree that any and all services from Darren Stanton Associates are for entertainment purposes only. We make no guarantees regarding the validity, truth, or likelihood of any and all information obtained from our employees, contractors, psychics, mediums and clairvoyants on any of our events. Our Mediums and crew are professionals, however, any and all statements made utilising our consultants are the sole opinion of the individual consultant and do not reflect the opinions or policies, stated or otherwise, of Darren Stanton Associates or agents. No perceived predictions, opinions, information, advice or comments made by our employees, contractors, psychics, mediums or clairvoyants should be interpreted as factual or actual.

13. Any event due to take place wholly or partially in the open air is likely to be affected by unsuitable/adverse weather conditions. In this case, Darren Stanton Associates reserve the right to relocate the event to an area which is undercover. In most cases all events take place, and it is your responsibility to bring suitable clothing to match the weather conditions for the time.

14. We suggest you either secure further accommodation for the following night or book transport home due to tiredness caused by the event. We do not accept any responsibility for any accidents or incidents caused after the event. Tiredness kills.

15. Throughout the event you and your party will act in a sensible manner and will not cause harm or injury to anyone else, any animal, effect of property etc.

16. Please note that all stories about the location are not fabricated. The Darren Stanton crew and previous guests have on occasion witnessed and recorded what we believe to be paranormal activity, that’s means , activity that cannot be explained by either scientific or psychological methods. We cannot guarantee that paranormal activity will take place on the night you stay, but so far to date, our ghosts haven't disappointed. We accept no responsibility if you have to change clothing after a sighting or incident.

17. All bookings made through Darren Stanton Associates means your acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

18. These conditions and any contract into which they are incorporated shall be subject to English Law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England.

19. We promise to make your night as amazing as possible so you come back time and time again. If you have any worries, needs or other concerns, please bring this to one of the crews attention either prior to the event or on the night. Our number one priority is you, the customer, without who, we do not have a business.

Please note, during the events, Darren Stanton Associates have sole ownership of any sound, image, photograph, or any other recording electronic or otherwise. Portions of the live shows and ghost hunts may be used for television, website or promotional purposes and by attending our event, you agree to your image being used as we see fit.
You may not publish; print any sound, image, photograph without first seeking permission from Darren Stanton Associates.

REFUND POLICY
If you cancel any booking within a 28 working day period from the date of the event, we will issue a refund less a 50% administration fee.

Requests for a refund less than six (6) weeks before the event will be paid less a 25% cancellation charge.

As we need a reasonable period of time to re sell your ticket, we regret if you have to cancel for any reason less than four (4) weeks prior to the event no refund will be given except in exceptional circumstances.

If we have to cancel an event for any reason, we promise to give you a full refund within 3 working days which will be refunded on a like for like basis e.g. cheque, credit card.
